Lady Antebellum visited a hot a sticky Cincinnati on Thursday night at Riverbend Music Center.  However, that heat would give way to a long line of severe thunderstorms.  Opening acts Thompson Square and Darrius Rucker barely finished their sets before the skies turned dark and ominous.  As lighting lit the sky, the announcement was made that the show would be postponed until 9:45.  Fans were allowed to take shelter in their vehicles, or in the adjacent PNC Pavilion.  The Riverbend staff kept fans entertained during the long delay with music playing over speaker throughout the venue.  As it slowly approached 9:45 and the storms started to let up, the pavilion of Riverbend was alive with music blaring, dancers on stage, a video wall playing showing shots of the crowd.  The crowd was full of energy, and Lady Antebellum hadn’t taken the stage yet.  Shortly after 9:45 the house lights dimmed, and the band was ready to take the stage.  The crowd lunched in to a loud roar as the band came out.  The fans in the lawn, even though being poured on, were just as enthusiastic as the dry fans in the pavilion.  The band started the evening with their #1 hit “We Own The Night”, and continued with their variety of pop-country music, to the delight of all in attendance.  Rain wouldn’t stop this night.  The band delivered a memorable performance for fans.  The Noble Visions offers our readers a look into the Lady Antebellum show at Riverbend on May, 31, 2012
